***20 Mile Rule for Brick & Mortar Stores-   When a brick & mortar retail reseller purchases a minimum of $1000 wholesale per location of scented simmering oils in the previous January 1 until December 31, no new brick & mortar retail reseller will be permitted to sell within 20 road miles of that store.
